  • The item must be in its original packaging, including any tags, boxes, or certificates.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

  • Custom and personalized items, such as engraved necklaces, are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for items that are:

  • Unused, with no signs of wear.

  • In original packaging.

  • Requested within 14 days of receiving the product.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to check the availability of the item.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

    • Your order number

    • Item(s) you wish to return or exchange

    • Reason for return or exchange

  2. Once we’ve received your request, we’ll provide instructions on how to return the item. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  3. Return Shipping: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or engraved items (e.g., custom engravings or personalized jewelry).

  • Sale items: Items purchased during a sale or with a discount may not be eligible for returns or exchanges, unless specified.

  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if you return the item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will offer you a replacement, repair, or refund based on the condition of the item. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect in your request to expedite the process.

  • Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement to you at no additional cost if the exchange is due to a fault or our error (e.g., wrong size, damaged goods).

  • For exchanges for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

8. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please ensure the return package is properly marked as a “Return” to avoid any customs fees. You will be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes associated with returns.
